Government approved ID's: We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. All the Guests ID's have to be shared. If provided, we will not be accepting the booking
Emergency Contact: It is mandatory to give one Emergency Contact as per the local government
guidelines. We will ask for one Emergency contact in Bangalore and one Family/Home Contact number
Pay & Stay: Full Payment has to be cleared at the time of check-in. The Caretaker would duly request you for the same and you can show the payments payments receipt to him for his records
Extension: Extension request, if any is subject to availability. Extended Dates will be blocked only on payment of an advance/full payment. Hospitality sector works on dynamic pricing and hence prices may vary for the extended dates
Additional Guests: The number of guests staying in should match with the number of guests mentioned on the booking details. The management should be informed in case of additional guests staying in along with sharing their ID's. Additional charges will apply
Employer Details: Providing Employer/Company Details are mandatory as per local government policy
Minors: Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our property, without guardians.
Outside Guests/Visitors: Guests friends and family can visit the property. However they need to leave the premises maximum by 9 PM
Self Help Property: We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
No Drugs or any contraband substances: Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
Alcohol consumption: It may be permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property to confirm the same.
No Loud Music: No Loud Music Allowed. Our properties are in residential area and neighbors will complain to the Police directly leading to unwanted inconvenience
No Parties: No Parties or celebrations (birthday also) or gatherings or events allowed in the property
Smoking Cigarettes: Most of our properties are no-smoking properties. Please reach out to the property caretaker to check if smoking is allowed in the unit. Also, as most of the properties are in residential area, kindly avoid smoking in front/around the building as it may cause inconvenience to the neighbors
Mal-practice: There will be no tolerance in the property for anyone indulging in any act which goes against the law (criminal offense), in fact, a strict action will be taken by informing the police. Tipiverse takes no responsibility towards the mal-practices. For the compensation of such practices, a compensatory amount will have to be paid by the Guests or will use the credit/debit card details with which the reservation was made.
Damages and Loss: For any loss or physical damage to the property, reputational damage or any other kind concerned with harm, a compensatory amount will have to be paid by the Guests or will use the credit/debit card details with which the reservation was made. We do our inventory count and asset checking post check out and if any loss or damage, our team will reach out to you for compensatory amount.
Health Concern: It is recommended that the guests inform us of any medical history. Also the guest confirms that no guests are under any kind of medication for any psychiatric or mental disorder or do not have any prior history
No Responsibility: We do not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property/belongings (including vehicle/s) of any guest. The guest takes the responsibility to properly check the place for any belongings, before checking out.
Right to Cancel: Tipiverse holds the right to cancel the stay without refund for any of the above reasons or if anyone is found to be mis-behaving. Right to admission reserved.
No Inappropriate behavior: Any kind of inappropriate behavior or unruly behavior are strictly not allowed in or around the property
Keeping the place neat & No Littering: The guest should keep the place neat and should use the dustbin to dispose of their waste. Please dispose of the wet and dry waste in the respective dustbin. Compensation will be charged if not followed
